ixPlay - FAQ

Here please find our list of Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) . We hope it hepl with any problems using ixPlay.
If there are further problems or questions, please do not hesitate to contact us via E-Mail or by phone. Problems when downloading?
Few and far between with some mobile phone types appears problems with the download. To use this service nevertheless, you can load the software at first of the computer to transfer it by yourself to your mobile phone.
To download ixPlay on the computer use this link and download two files:
ixPlay für den PC
1.) Download the files "Download Jar-Datei" and "Download Jad-Datei" on the computer
2.) Plug you mobile phone an the PC with a cable.
3.) To trensfer the software from the computer on you mobile please use the tool for synchronisation.
Both (2. and 3.) are deliverd mostly for free if buyin the mobile phone. Beides (2. und 3.) wird meist kostenlos beim Kauf Ihres Handys mitgeliefert.
4.) Install the software via the tool ("Starting the file-transfer" or "Installation of software").
5.) The JAR-file is coosing automatically and will transfer to the mobile phone.
6.) After that please follow the installation guide on you mobile phone.
