Functions
The TrendFace system is a professional and efficient tool for the PC data acquisition
and remote supervision of patient monitors. The TrendFace interface provides a useful
tool for intensive care and medical research. In addition to the recording of data
displayed directly on the monitor, the physician can analyze characteristics or complex
interactions of interesting physiological parameters. Thus TrendFace becomes an
important aid for advanced diagnosis, long-term studies, and publishing medical
research.
TrendFace is a cross platform application for acquisition, storage and visualization of the
patient data. It is modular and consists of different components which can be individually
combined.
Overview
PC based application for local data acquisition from IntelliVue Performs:
- acquisition of parameters and waves (>4)
- long term storage (>4days)
- Visualization of high resolution patient data from IntelliVue

- Interfacing one bed at a time
- Record the vital parameters and primary signals
- scanning rates: waves 125Hz/500Hz; numeric: 1sec.
- Display the current status of the patient
- View history of locally archived data
- Analysis of trends in recording data for longer duration
Exporting the data:
- into CSV format (*.csv) that can go straight into Microsoft Excel
- special Dataplore format (*.dp)

- Select and deselect patient monitors and diagrams (waves and vital parameters)
- Switching between several dialog windows and the corresponding monitors
- Create and configure diagrams
- Select and view the saved data
- Display current on-line data
- View historical data with scrollbars
- Configurable scale
- Zoom function for off-line/on-line data
